We only source specialty-grade beans from the finest growing regions around the world.
How should I store my coffee?
We recommend some best practices for coffee storage:
- Keep your coffee in a cool, dark place.
- Use an airtight container.

How soon will my order be shipped?
We will always do our absolute best to have your order fresh and in the hands of Canada Post by the end of the following business day.
Can I pick up my order?
At this time we do not offer the option to pickup your order from our roastery. If this changes, we will update your options at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
With expedited shipping, Canada Post often delivers within 1-8 business days. Be sure to check your email for a Canada Post tracking link for the most up-to-date information. You also have the option to download the 'Shop' app which may keep you informed with timely notifications on your phone.
Can I order ground coffee?
To optimize freshness and quality, we are not currently offering the option of ground coffee.
How can I dispose of the loosefill that came in the shipping box?
We use Canadian-made Bio-foam™ loosefill in our shipping boxes which are produced from corn, wheat and potato starch. They're friendly to our environment and can be dissolved in water!
